What's involved in your en suite
Every en suite is a little different, but the work generally covers the same core stages, each done properly rather than rushed.
Design & Layout Planning
We survey the space and work out the best layout for fixtures, drainage and door swing before any work starts.
First & Second Fix Plumbing
All the pipework, waste routes and electrics go in first, followed by the fittings and finishing touches once walls and floors are ready.
Waterproofing & Tiling
Proper tanking behind showers and wet areas before tiling, to keep moisture and damp out of a compact room.
Ventilation & Drainage
Extractor fans and drainage are planned in from the start so the finished en suite stays fresh and free of condensation.
A private bathroom that actually fits your bedroom
An en suite has to work harder than a full-size bathroom. Every fixture, every pipe run and every bit of storage has to earn its place in a smaller footprint, which is exactly why the planning stage matters so much. We start with a proper survey of the room, whether that's an existing en suite needing a refresh or a bedroom, wardrobe or landing space being converted for the first time.
Once the layout and fixtures are agreed, we handle the whole job ourselves. First fix covers the plumbing, electrics, waste routes and ventilation preparation, all done before anything gets covered up. Second fix brings in the toilet, basin, shower and any other fixtures, along with the lighting and extractor fan that keep a small, enclosed room free of condensation and damp.
A good en suite is judged on what you don't notice: no leaks, no damp, no fuss.
Waterproofing is not an area to cut corners in a room this size. We tank shower areas properly before tiling, and we test and snag everything before we call the job finished, so you're not left chasing us back for a fix a few weeks later.

Family bathroom and en suite renovation
We knocked through the existing bathroom and shower room to form a new family bathroom together with a new en suite, finished with a Villeroy and Boch suite.
En suite and family bathroom conversion
We formed this entire room, taking down the existing bathroom and shower room to give this bedroom its own en suite with WC and basin, along with a large family bathroom.
