Getting your heating and hot water right, without the upheaval
A boiler installation isn't just swapping one box for another. It's the heart of your home's heating and hot water, so getting the sizing, positioning and setup right from day one matters. We start with a proper survey of your home, taking into account insulation, the number of bathrooms, your existing radiators and how much hot water you actually use, before recommending a boiler that fits.
If you're replacing an old boiler, we'll safely disconnect and remove it, including the old flue where needed, then prepare the space for the new unit. That means fitting brackets or a base, checking clearances, and making sure the flue route and ventilation meet current regulations. The new boiler is connected to your gas, water and electrical supplies, flushed through, pressurised and commissioned properly, with every safety check carried out before we call it finished.
A boiler installation should leave you with reliable heat and hot water, not a list of things to worry about.
We know the questions that come up before people commit: will it be disruptive, will floors need lifting, how long will the hot water be off, and what happens if something goes wrong afterwards. We talk through all of that upfront, so there are no surprises on the day. We are Gas Safe registered for domestic gas work, registration 568345, and an accredited Vaillant installer, so gas work is carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers and finished to manufacturer standards.
