Once the new boiler's agreed, the old one is isolated, drained and removed with dust sheets down and floors protected, because a job that leaves your home in a mess isn't a job well done. We'll flush the system where needed to clear out old sludge and debris, connect the new unit to gas, water, electrics and flue, then test it properly for pressure, safety and performance before anything gets signed off.
